John’s Story
John has been helping people pick up the pieces of poor health choices all his professional life in the role of a Registered Nurse. His goal is to help people attain and maintain health. Personal Training is an avenue where his expertise can guide people to a healthy lifestyle, utilizing his skills from nursing, ultra marathon running and taekwondo.
John has 3 children, and loves getting them outside moving, whether it be hiking the trails along the Mornington Peninsula's Two Bays Trail, fitness sessions in the studio or time spent on the bouldering wall.
He also loves working with adults at any fitness level, and has a great understanding of anatomical and emotional needs after nursing for over 33 years.
John runs ultra-marathons throughout the year, the longest event being 100km. He completed his 11th 100km at the 2022 Surf Coast Century at Anglesea Victoria.
John is excited about working in PT: and feels it is a privilege to work in a job that he is passionate about.
